Donor support is important to the overall health of the Law School. It ensures that we can continue to recruit and retain the best students and faculty, provide cutting-edge programming for our students and the community, and broaden our impact in the legal environment at-large.

There are Many Ways to Give:

Widener Law Fund — The Widener Law Fund provides the much-needed unrestricted dollars to the overall operating budget. As with many higher education institutions, tuition alone does not cover the full cost of providing our students a high-quality legal education. Gifts to the Widener Law Fund fill the "gap" between tuition revenue and the real cost of a law school education. Widener Law Fund gifts support scholarships, program vibrancy, faculty salaries, student organizations, and a multitude of campus services.

Student Scholarships — Widener Law community members including alumni, friends, organizations, parents, and faculty have generously endowed scholarships to support students for academic perseverance, merit, and/or their interest in a specialized legal field. In the current economic climate, student scholarships are more imporant than ever. Please consider contributing to an existing scholarship or contact the Development Office if you are interested in establishing a new one.
